How to apply for a home loan
The following are the steps that every applicant for the First House BA Program must go through to apply for said loan:
The applicant must complete the data, wait for the email and validate it by creating their username (CUIL or CUIT) and password. From that moment on, you can enter your profile directly in the “registered users” section.
Registration and complete the application form
The applicant must complete all fields, review the information and submit their application. Remember that once you send it you will not be able to modify the data of the same until a new award the following month. If your personal conditions give you a high score and it turns out to be one of the winners you will receive an email to indicate the date and time you will have to present the documentation that proves your situation in the offices of the IVC.
If you were not one of the winners, an email will be sent informing you of this situation. On the 1st day of next month you can participate again, modifying those circumstances that have had a change in your life (work, marital status, children). You can participate as many times as you want, and you will be awarded extra points for repeating the request.
Acceptance of the affidavit
Read the affidavit carefully, and accept next to each item if it corresponds to your situation. Each of the points were defined as excluding requirements to be a beneficiary of the program. If you do not enter ok at each point you will not be able to go to the next step.
Presentation of supporting documentation in the IVC
In the turn assigned to him, he must present himself at the offices of the IVC with the documentation corresponding to his situation of marital, labor, family and housing status, and other conditions that he has explained in the application form and the affidavit. You must also have the application form printed on it attached when you are informed that it was selected. The IVC personal care team will review your documentation, scan it and return the originals at the same time, sorted in a folder that you must present at the Bank. The shifts are approximately 45 minutes.
Presentation at the City Bank
Once the appointment with the Bank has been agreed, it must be submitted with the same documentation folder that it presented in the IVC, plus the documentation of the property if you have already chosen it (simple photocopy of the property plan, approved municipal plan, approved subdivision plan, intention of sale of the real estate or bill of sale). If you have not chosen it yet, we suggest you start looking for it as soon as possible, since once the Bank has analyzed its background, it gives you a period of 30 days to present the property.
